I grew up in the Forest Lake area and graduated High School from Chisago Lakes. Following high school, I attended the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh where I obtained a bachelor degree in accounting. I was introduced to education when I became a math tutor at a local community college in Oshkosh. This experience was very rewarding and would later play a part in my transition from the corporate sector to education.  My first teaching experience was at St. Francis High School teaching business education before coming to New Heights.

 

 I currently live in Wyoming, MN with my husband and two dogs. In addition to teaching, I am also a volleyball coach for Chisago Lakes. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dogs, playing volleyball, reading, and spending time at the lake.
