Hi! My name is Cassie Parmeter. I'm newly married and currently working on my name change so if you see someone named Cassie Arfstrom, that's me! I graduated from UWRF in 2023 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood. I'm new to New Heights but taught 6th grade Science for one year before this. Previously, I worked in childcare for 10 years so I'm excited to be back with the littles! 

When I'm not teaching, I love traveling with my husband, kayaking, mountain biking, going on nature walks, and snuggling on the couch with my dog while watching Netflix.
