I was born and raised, and currently live, in Stillwater. Prior to joining New Heights, I spent 10 years teaching special education north of the Twin Cities. I like that New Heights allows me to be part of the community that I enjoy and call home! The other thing I enjoy most about New Heights is that we are a relationships-first school; I love being able to see the connections students form with staff, and how that contributes to success for all! 

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, Muskie fishing, snowmobiling, and gardening.
