Emily Reger
Special Education
This is my third year teaching special education at New Heights, and my ninth year teaching overall. I grew up in Buffalo, Minnesota and attended St. Mary’s University in Winona. Prior to working at New Heights, I was an elementary classroom teacher for six years, in Florida, California, and Minnesota. I plan to complete my master’s degree in special education from Bethel University this school year.
When I am not working, I keep busy with my family, including my husband and almost three-year-old son. We enjoy going to the cabin, golfing, reading, and playing with our dogs, Jack (a pug) and Ellie (an English bulldog).
I’m very excited to continue working with New Heights’s staff, students, and families this year!
