Announcement - Authorizer Update
After nearly two years of work toward securing a new sponsor/authorizer, we are extremely pleased to announce that our request for transfer has been approved by the commissioner of Education for the state of Minnesota, and New Heights School will now be authorized by Innovative Quality Schools, or IQS. This means that New Heights and IQS will now enter into a contract which will specifically identify various outcomes and goals which the school will need to make progress toward. Each year, IQS and the school staff will establish various goals New Heights will need to reach. Of course these goals will be realistic and attainable. What this means to you is that New Heights will continue to serve you and your children, but we will now enter into a new phase of accountability. You can expect to hear how we are doing at reaching our goals, and you can be assured that all of our best efforts will be applied to providing you and your children with the highest quality educational experience that we are capable of.

New Heights has a new food service partnership and now offers a salad bar. This partnership with Done Right Food includes a brand new menu of healthy "from scratch" food items that began being served in May of last year. Check out the Food Service page for more info.
